Peggy S. Juhl, the daughter of John and Carol Swolley Osborn, was born November 13, 1957, in Atlantic, Iowa. Peggy was raised by her great grandparents: Rex and Carrie Marshall in Brayton, Iowa. Peggy died April 29, 2010, at her home in Brayton at the age of 52 years, 5 months, and 16 days.
Peggy was baptized at the Brayton Lutheran Church and later rebaptized at the Brayton Baptist Church. She attended Exira Community Schools graduating with the High School Class of 1976. She continued to work as a waitress at the Brayton Caf where she had worked during her High School years.
On June 19, 1976, she was united in marriage to Denny Juhl at the Brayton Lutheran Church. Two children, Jessica and Jeremiah were born to this union. Peggy worked as a waitress at several of the truck stop cafes then worked as the manager at the Montgomery Wards Store in Atlantic, Iowa. She was a seamstress for a short time for Delong Sports Wear in Atlantic, Iowa before becoming the plant manager in Exira. Peggy worked briefly at SKYJACK in Atlantic then returned to manage Delong in Exira. Peggy was transferred to the Delong plant in Atlantic where she was the floor supervisor until the plant closed in March of 2009.
Peggy enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and working on her computer, but most of all loved caring for and spending time with her grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her great grandparents who raised her: Rex and Carrie Marshall; her parents; her brother: Rick Andersen her sister-in-law: Dorsi Andersen, and her brothers-in-law: David Juhl and Daniel Juhl.
Survivors include her husband: Denny Juhl of Brayton, Iowa; her children: Jessica and her husband Michael Ostrus and their children, Mikayla and Ty all of Brayton; Jeremiah Juhl of Exira, Iowa; her step fathers: Claude Jayne of Exira and Richard and wife Margaret Andersen of Brayton; her brothers and sisters: Rex Andersen of Brayton, Richard and wife Lisa Andersen of Wiota, Iowa, Jim Andersen and friend Terri Thompson, Sally Andersen, Claudette Jayne all of Exira, Susan and husband Bryan Hansen of Brayton, Marilyn Spurling and significant other Charlie White of Clearfield, Iowa, Marla and husband Todd Lacina of Creston, Iowa, Marlene Osborn of Mount Ayr, Iowa, Lawrence and wife Billie Osborn of Leon, Iowa; her father-in-law and mother-in-law: William and Kathern Juhl of Atlantic, Iowa; her sisters-in-law: Darla and husband Larry Sandbothe and Debbie Juhl all of Atlantic, Dawn Lammert of Grand Island, Nebraska, Thoi Juhl of Atlantic; nieces; nephews; cousins; other relatives and many friends.
The honorary casket bearers will be Rex Andersen, Richard Andersen, and Jim Andersen, The casket bearers will be: Matthew Warnaca, Micheal Warnaca, Cory Harter, Brian Andersen, Brian Juhl, and Dusty Riesgaard.

Cemetery:
Interment will be in the Oakfield Cemetery east of Brayton, Iowa.

Visitation:
The family will meet with friends Friday, April 30, 2010, at 7:00 P.M. at the Kessler Funeral Home in Exira, Iowa.

Service:
Funeral services will be conducted by Pastor Steven Frock on Saturday, May 1, 2010, at 10:30 A.M. at the Kessler Funeral Home in Exira, Iowa.
