Diana Lynn Scales, 50, of Menlo, Iowa, passed away Sunday, August 4, 2019, at Atlantic Specialty Care in Atlantic.
There will be a memorial service at 10:30 a.m. Friday, August 16, 2019, at the Menlo Church of Christ, Menlo, Iowa.
Visitation will take place in the church fellowship hall at the lunch following the memorial service.
