Franklyn LeRoy Daugard, Sr., 81, of Adair, Iowa, passed away Saturday, September 16, 2017, at his home in Adair, Iowa.

Frank was born on January 4, 1936, in Lemmon, South Dakota, the son of Christian and Martha (Jensen) Daugard. His family moved to Atlantic, Iowa, when he was 8 years old. Frank attended Atlantic community schools and graduated from Atlantic High School with the class of 1954. He was united in marriage to Dorothy Gaskill on June 19, 1958, in Audubon, Iowa. Franks greatest love was spending time with his kids and grandkids.

Frank is survived by his wife, Dorothy Daugard; his children, Franklyn Daugard, Jr., Rodney Daugard and Kelly (Jim) Stonehawker; his grandchildren, Michael, Alex and Katie Leeper; other relatives and friends.
