Jacqueline Grace Denton

Jacqueline Grace, daughter of Alphonse and Marjorie (Lindberg) De May, was born October 21, 1937 in Profitstown, Illinois. She passed away at her home in Kimballton on Saturday, April 2, 2016.

Jacque was one of twelve children and she had lived in Illinois, Nebraska and several places in Iowa before moving to Kimballton. She worked for Merry Maids and Motel 6 in housekeeping. She was also a waitress and hostess for Bohemian Café and Cascio’s. Jacque loved the color green! Her most fond memories were spending time with her grandchildren and baking sugar cookies.

Jacque is survived by a son and his wife, Denver and Shari Hansen of Kimballton; a daughter, Robyn Runkle of Warren, Illinois; eleven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three brothers; and seven sisters.

She was preceded in death by three children, Dustin Hansen, Rhonda Myers, and Jill Hansen; and a brother, Arthur De May.
