Jim Dale Modrell, 71, of Anita, Iowa, died Friday, April 22, 2016, at the Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska.

There will be a service at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, April 28, 2016, at the Anita Community Center in Anita, Iowa.

Surviving Jim is his wife, Carolyn Modrell of Anita, Iowa.
