Robert Edward Chamberlain-Mailander 

2/29/1984 - 5/12/2026

Rob, son of Jim and Karen Mailander, passed away from a massive stroke on the 12th day of May 2026 at UNMC in Omaha, NE, with family present.

Rob graduated from CAM High School in 2002 and from the University of Alaska in 2006. He worked in social services for most of his career, because his nature was helping others.

He was preceded in death by his spouse, Will, and his maternal and paternal grandparents. He is survived by his parents, siblings, family, and friends.

There is “No Doubt” that he is now at peace.

Visitation with the family will be from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at the Schmidt Family Funeral Home in Anita.
