Wilma M. Welch, 99, of Guthrie Center, Iowa and formerly of Casey, Iowa, passed away Thursday, March 24, 2011, at The New Homestead in Guthrie Center.
Wilma was born February 29, 1912 to Lemual and Myrtle (Bechtel) Jones in Casey, Iowa. She attended Casey community schools and graduated from Casey High School. Wilma was united in marriage to Vincent Welch on June 14, 1933.
She was preceded in death by her husband and her son.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m., Monday, March 28, 2011, at Dalmanutha Cemetery in Casey, Iowa.
Hockenberry Family Care in Adair, Iowa, is in charge of the arrangements.
